Ms. Bailey’s career highlights include her roles as a Subcontracts Administrator in high-stakes environments like Iraq and Afghanistan, where she directed the entire subcontract lifecycle and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives that resulted in significant cost reductions. She has a proven track record of securing competitive terms and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
In corporate America, Ms. Bailey served as a Contracts Manager for Fortune 500 companies, overseeing the complete contract lifecycle for national accounts in IT and Facilities Management.
